Trichy....Continue to be Hot city

Maha and myself reached Trichy yesterday night. Like anyone else, i have a strong connection with a city where i had spend most of my life thusfar and with its people. It was raining yesteday and for the first time, i had seen lot of traffic like never before in this city. Watched Avatar in our new LCD TV.

Had a great fun with my bro and his friends, and with my family. Homemade food with luv, relations and family frnds around, what else i can ask for to make a perfect vacation. But one think that had not changed is the heat..its hot.

Sad to know about that Sai baba had passed away. I m not a hardcore devotee of Sai, but what i hear and learnt about him, he had done lot of humanitary service through his trust, like schools, hospitals, colleges, railway station and spend lot of money to bring drinkable water to Ananthapur and Chennai. It looks like he had ran a private government. I repect Sai as a great human being. RIP.

Anna ..We are with you !!

I was at my dinner table, watching anna's fast and what people are talking about. I felt ashamed of having dinner. I felt guilty. I think, a wait for 46 years for a bill to get passed in parli. This is crazy. I can't see any reason why it was talking back seat. I think when all of you support him and back him, goverment should come down. This a India's time for a revolution and freedom flight against corruption.

i watched Buffett's interview in NDTV...few lines i enjoyed is...

about Family run business.. he said " Any thing you want to do, i will support to you...No Pressure on my children to join my company ".....very true message for Indian politicians....most affected by Family corruption...

"Present genernation has more coummunication tools..." He added saying that the current gen had ways to communicate ideas faster, which he said he haven't enjoyed and asked to use it positively.

I was surprising to know he said this...." No sleeplesss nights, i sleep like a baby "..I wish i could do that....

" I still enjoy doing what i do"..this is for every engineer...Career is what i am interested in and fun doing it...its very true

Libya....Air strike begins

I am just seeing news that the US. Franch, English forces start their strike on Libya to end the Gadhafi's regime. What Gadhafi and his military did yesterday..their attack on the people mostly women and childers ... on hospital is unjustifiable....at the same time I am not sure, whether this is a only decision that the leaders of those strong nations can take, just an attach. Is there any way that they could have helped the people of Libya to gain their own rights, without a war. Is there no peace process, how can the US, Franch or for that sake Gadhafi assure the Libyan people and specially their GEN NEXT that the country and its wealth and peace would be undistrubed. I guess India's decision against the military action is good one at this point of time. let God be with the people of Libya and give them their strength they need at these difficult times.

Whiff od Tahris

During the recent leadership summit hosted by HT, i listen to the interview with Wael Ghonim. It is nice one. one of the new management model emerges is having everyone as leader and still go forward as a team. This was demonstrated during the recent egypt revolution. Another key lesson to learn is to use of web as a powerful tool during such a mass movement,specially net working sites like facebook, twitter need to be used as powerful communication medium. India in 2011

I see that India started 2011 with a big list of corruption charge – CWG Scam, 2G Spectrum scam, Adarsh Land scam, Yeddy’s Bangalore scam, and Black money in Swiss accounts, terror threat, and Radia tape exposé.
I think this is very best time to live in, now every corruption is visible through media. All we need now is CHANGE. Change in the way we work, change in the way our political system work, change in the way our government processes.
I see Four ingredients in this Change process,
1. People oriented processes in Government
2. Transparent process
3. Corrupt practices caught on time and
4. Justice given on time
I Hope that Dr. Singh Honorable, most educated and respected leader OVERHAUL the system and take India to newer heights
