Buffett with B-School students in NDTV

i watched Buffett's interview in NDTV...few lines i enjoyed is...

about Family run business.. he said " Any thing you want to do, i will support to you...No Pressure on my children to join my company ".....very true message for Indian politicians....most affected by Family corruption...

"Present genernation has more coummunication tools..." He added saying that the current gen had ways to communicate ideas faster, which he said he haven't enjoyed and asked to use it positively.

I was surprising to know he said this...." No sleeplesss nights, i sleep like a baby "..I wish i could do that....

" I still enjoy doing what i do"..this is for every engineer...Career is what i am interested in and fun doing it...its very true

He concluded by saying this was he want to write on his stone..." Remeber me as the oldest man ever lived "

Libya....Air strike begins

I am just seeing news that the US. Franch, English forces start their strike on Libya to end the Gadhafi's regime. What Gadhafi and his military did yesterday..their attack on the people mostly women and childers ... on hospital is unjustifiable....at the same time I am not sure, whether this is a only decision that the leaders of those strong nations can take, just an attach. Is there any way that they could have helped the people of Libya to gain their own rights, without a war. Is there no peace process, how can the US, Franch or for that sake Gadhafi assure the Libyan people and specially their GEN NEXT that the country and its wealth and peace would be undistrubed. I guess India's decision against the military action is good one at this point of time. let God be with the people of Libya and give them their strength they need at these difficult times.

Whiff od Tahris

During the recent leadership summit hosted by HT, i listen to the interview with Wael Ghonim. It is nice one. one of the new management model emerges is having everyone as leader and still go forward as a team. This was demonstrated during the recent egypt revolution. Another key lesson to learn is to use of web as a powerful tool during such a mass movement,specially net working sites like facebook, twitter need to be used as powerful communication medium.
