CWG - Shame for our Country
I strongly feel that the CWG organization have failed and put each and every Indian's head down. Our government organizations does not know the meaning of Professionalism, Team work, Responsibility, Project management. I feel ashamed as an individual, when i hear the reports of 7 CW countries after they visited the Games Village. We should have made our country proud, by doing a world class job. Some one from the Government should explain what is happening and we need to bring down all responsible peoples under the Law.

Remembering my Gurus
As we celebrate teacher's day today in India. I was thinking about some of great teachers, because of whom, i have here. All what i achieved thusfar, wouldn’t be possible without their guidence. In other words, My life would be incomplete without them.
UKG - LKG - Vaishanavi. My mother would tell me that Vaishanavi mam use to have strong believe in me.
I still remember my Head master (Its sad i don't remember his name). he used to tell moral stories during the prayer meetings.
Damodar, Abi, Falicita, Victoria, Rani were few of my high school teachers, whom encouraged me, specially to participate in extra - circular activities
During my college days, my priniciple Sivanandan, my professor Shaktivel had a huge impact on my leadership skills. I learnt working close with them.
Teachers don't stop at colleges. i had Ravi srinivasan, UKU, Puri, Alex, Gadiyar as my mentors during early career.
Most recently, I have wonderful mentor Joe. He is there for me as a good friend, guide and a true teachers.
Last, but not the least, my father and my mother. They are my Biggest Guru.
Thanks you God for brining these people into my life. What i m today, is because of those people i mentioned above.

interesting facts about global warming
During flat owners meeting, i learnt few things
already 70% of himalayan glacier, which is source for River ganga melted. After 20-30 years, there are chances that river would get dried.
Group of researcher planted a long scale in the antarctic to measure the rate at which glaciers melts. They found that 20-30 feet of glacier had melted in 3 years, normally this would have taken 20 years to melt.
Even my friends in chennai are telling that in Merina beach, the distance between the road and beach had considerably reduced. This gives indication for raising sea level.
Another study shows that in another 20-30 years, their is really threat for our coastal region.

Cap for CEO Salaries
Now our great MPs are pushing hard for the new companies Bill.
Salaries of chief executives should be capped and shareholders should have a say in managerial remunerations, a parliamentary panel on the new Companies Bill has suggested.Read more at: http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/parliamentary-panel-suggests-cap-on-ceo-salaries-49810?cp
I think this would be interesting to wait and watch out for
